About Me

My name is Turquoise, yes that is my REAL name, but most people call me Turkie. I am a Computer Engineering major and Mathematics minor. I’m a girl if you didn’t know. YES, I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF A VAGINA AND A VEGETARIAN TO BOOT!!!

I like anything to do with music; I am actually going to start guitar lessons soon. I LOVE volunteering at animal hospitals/shelters, doing Ceramics and other forms of visual art, and I am madly in love with knitting. I also love to write poetry. I am currently writing a poetry book that is half done. I love reading and some of my favorite stores are Barnes & Noble, Walden’s and Borders. My favorite season is that little time between fall/winter.

I am very open, when it comes to everything. I guess that sometimes I’m a little too open, but I hate when people try to censor me.

I love the computer. I love dancing. I tend to crack my fingers and back. I love knitting. I procrastinate. I have at least 151 pairs of shoes in my college dorm room, but that’s not even half of the total amount that I own. I like to drive between 73 and 80 mph. When I drive I like the windows and sunroof open, and the music very loud. I love to sing. I’m very bad at singing. I don’t mind freeway traffic if I’m not in a rush to get where I’m going. I own at least 25 Coach Purses, they’re all different colors.

I have a few piercings: my ears 6 times, with the first ones gauged to 00, my eyebrow, my tongue, both nipples, my neck, my nose, and my lip. I have 16 tattoos: each wrist, 9 on my back, and my right forearm, both feet, and both hands. I have a vocal fixation. I have no patience for stupidity. I type a bajillion words per min. I think there is no excuse for ugly feet. I like to have my toes sucked. It makes me crazy. I am a good dancer. When I wear red I get very sassy. I am a big flirt. I am a pack rat. I love to use chopsticks to eat, not just Chinese food. I love to wear lipstick. I spend too much time on the internet.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a SUPER HUGE crush on someone! I love kids. I used work at a performing arts camp, now I work in the Technology department of a University. I love looking at the stars, sometimes I just space out (ha get it!!) Walking in the rain, when its warm outside, is romantic. Kissing in the rain is fun too. Kissing in general can be fun. Parties are fun. My doggie is the coolest. I can’t help but laugh at everything! I love having a good time. Chilling’ in someone’s living room can be a good time. I love shocking people and I tend to do it often. Camping is cool. So is biking. I like going to the beach! Amusement parks are great, I love the rides! Black, silver, and hot pink are my favorite colors. I have a lot of favorites. I like meeting new people. Sometimes I’m shy. Concerts are crazy fun. I ALWAYS want to hang out! I adore babies. I love when the wind blows through my hair. I hate when my hair gets all tangled, though. Every now and then I fall apart. Pictures are very important to me! I like making things. Cooking with friends is fun, and I love to bake. I love Roswell, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Darkangel. But they were all canceled. I’m addicted to text messages and taking on the phone…YOU SHOULD CALL ME SOMETIME! Addiction is a weak character trait, I know. My weakness is that I care too much. I hate public transportation and I only take it when I absolutely NEED TO do it.

I’m perfectly okay with staying home on a Saturday night….SIKE! Do you want to do something?? I have a really good memory. I get confused sometimes. I like to know what people really think about me.  I really like the Nightwish and Trans-Siberian Orchestra. 80’s songs remind me of growing up. You could call me a tease and I wouldn’t deny it. I’m not fat, I’m king-sized. Riding in cars and listening to music is a past time of mine. I don’t like being told what to do. I’m independent and stubborn. I think deep thoughts but think they are silly to share. Once I start talking I don’t shut up. Alcohol = truth syrup, for most people, but I’ve never been drunk. I really like fruit and vegetables… probably because I’m a vegetarian. I love hard candy and ice. I chew a lot of gum. I am a really flexible person. I have asthma. I don’t have any brothers or sisters. Two of my cousins were disowned. I am writing a book of poetry. I have three middle names.

My great grandparents are German Jews. I sometimes use French words in my every day English conversations. C’est vrai! (It’s true!) I tend to spank people, when they are bad….I think it’s a Mommy Dearest moment, without the dang hanger. I have an iPod with every kind of music on it, which I almost always have on me. I never leave home without my cell phone…it’s the only way I know what time it is. The first CD I ever bought was The Clash- The Greatest Hits. My friends are the most important things to me, without a doubt. I love thunder. My 1st concert ever was Ozzfest. I use to wear all black with spiked bracelets…black eye-liner and lipstick. I have too many heroes to count. I got a 4.3 out of 4 GPA when I graduated high school. (Major overachiever) When I was like 8 my grampy told me I was going to be a heart breaker…I hope I’m not. I just wanted to love and be loved in return. I love going to Broadway shows and art galleries. I’m thrifty, and I never get rid of anything away, it’s all too sentimental. I think you only think about me when we’re both in the same room.
